Got home at 1, set my clock for 5:30... couldn't... get up. Mind you, I've done that a few times, but this time it wasn't me going 'Oh, I want to sleep more'. I quite honestly FELT sick.

Today wasn't REALLY that important school-wise- All I missed was a free response to my Gov test I can do on Monday, and Adams isn't even HERE today so he can't yell at me for missing, though I guess I'll have to tell him on Monday that I did- but I've obvioulsy missed Club, and I somehow need to find a way to get to Lauren/Ashlee's house (whoever's house I'm sleeping over at tonight.)

Club can function without me for one day, right? Lauren has the Tsuikohen dvd to show the rest of, I hope they put in subs again because the dub is EVIL.... Damn, though, she won't know the part where Standing In Front Of The Tv SORTA is a necessity. (I could look it up online and tell her, but hmmm.... is it really that bad? I guess not.... whatever, they can just see her random orgasm, it's ok.)

Bigger problem, again, is getting to their houses. If its Ashlee, its fine. I ride the 4 o clock bus, get to Bako at 5. Lauren, though, its a problem, since her parents will want to pick her up at a specific time (she lives very far away from school also) and will NOT want to wait till 5- and I don't blame them!

Anyway, I'm gonna go call her in 10 mins and ask.  Hopefully she'll have her phone on her during lunch- I'd just text her if I HAD damned reception up here.

In other news, yesterday was awesome! Poor Michael drove... oh I don't want to think how much he drove. He must have gotten home near 3, lol. But the movie was cool, it ended up being Me, Michael, Stan, and Elizabeth. There was a group of Death Note cosplayers who were handing out candy! I jacked too much :D. I think everyone in the theater MAY have wanted to kill me, since I WAS being rather obnoxious, but ehh... no one went there to see it for real :).

Movie itself was very good! I still haven't watched the first one (though its been floating around my house for like, a year. I need to give it back to Alyssa, blagh.) They kept enough to DEFINITELY make it Death Note, while changing it so it worked as a movie. Things had to be simplified by necessity, but still? It was really good. The dub was terrible if you care about lip synch- it didn't occur, at all, lol. But as for actual dub-quality? It was very good! They used Light's va from the anime, who's voice didn't seem to COMPLETLY match his actor, but it was okay.
Oddly, I ADORED Misa in this, and I usually DESPISE her! I think its because she's normally anime-cute, which is high pitched and unrealistic and annoying. In the movie, she was realistically-adorable, and I was SO BEYOND AMUSED that she looked like... 14. And was of course supposed to be 21 or something, she was so damn tiny! And her dub was PERFECT. They did NOT use her dub voice, since it's so high pitched it would NOT work, but instead got something that fit the actress. It was perfect!

There was a LOT of leg in this movie though :P. You need to see it to know what I mean. And alot of almost-upskirt-shots. So, yes, I had fun (along with my friends) being obnoxious in the theater and making jokes. But, hey, it wasn't that serious of a movie :).

(Worryingly, it was rated R, which is odd since it's barely even PG13 in actuality, and I went OH SHIT, FRICK. I'm old enough now to see them legally- this fact DID quickly slip my mind though- but I don't have a legal California ID. (I need to get one.) I have my school ID, and it DOES have my birthday on it, but they can't accept it. But, hey, they didn't card, SO ITS ALL GOOD! :D

Oh, and we got lost on the way up, and went all the way up to Universal City which is when I went ".... I THINK WE'VE GONE TOO FAR." I blame Sal and his stupid directions, lmao.

Anyway, afterwards we met hazelchaz  at  a restaurant across the way. I REALLY HOPE HE WASN'T WAITING TOO LONG. *He insists he wasn't, lol* Very nice dinner over all, I was starting to get super-uber-tired, but ehh, whatever :D. I broke a glass with my uber-clumsniess, of course, attempting to hug Chaz for being awesome. I also hit my head on the car door and stubbed my stupid infected toe (I do THAT many times daily though) and... ya. Clumsiness ftw! As a note, I'm re-wearing Tonks at Ani Magic, lmao.

*Feels terrible about breaking that glass*

So, that'ssss it! And we got home at 1, and the clock was set for 5:30, and you know the rest. Anyway, its 11:46, so yay for lunch time at Bhs! Off to call Lauren and pack for Ani Magic/take a shower/etc. :).
